Avicenna Medical College Admissions 2010

Avicenna Medical College is located in Lahore, Pakistan.The college is affiliated with University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore and recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC). Avicenna Medical College invites applications from both Foreign & Pakistani students for
admission in MBBS for the session 2010-2011.

Admission Criteria :

1). The applicants should have passed F.Sc pre-medical (Higher School Certificate Exam) or
equivalent exam with 65% marks.

2). The Applicants should have appeared in the University of
Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore Entrance Test or the Medical Entrance Test of any province of Pakistan.

3). Foreign & Overseas students should have either a SAT II (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)
score of 550 or they have appeared in the UHS entrance test.

4). Foreign & Overseas Pakistani students can appear in SAT II in
September & October 2010, if they have not already appeared in SAT II.
5). A TOEFL score of 500 or IELTS score of 5.5 is necessary for
students who have studied in institutions where English is not
the medium of instruction.

Required Documents:

The applicants should attached the attested copies of the following documents with their application forms:

1). Secondary School Certificate ( SSC /Matric).

2). Higher School Certificate ( F.Sc / H.SC)

3). Domicile Cerificate ( Pakistani
students) .

4). Result card or proof of appearance in UHS entrance test.

5). Equivalance certificate from IBCC of Pakistan (Foreign &
Pakistani A Levels students).

6). Four recent passport size photographs.

2). Last date for the submission of application forms is 31 August, 2010 ( last date may be extended).
